A Dinomate
Dane Party!
The Reptile Place Orchestra returns to MCM to help kick off the opening
of Dig Into
Dinosaures. The party takes place Friday, February 9, from 6-9 pm and features
music by
Madison's favorite reptiles, along with refreshments, party favors and activities
for the kids.
Admission is free for Museum members, $5/ nonmember. Polish your dancing shoes
and
watch your mailbox for a special invitation!
Science Camp
for Girls
Girls in grades 2-4 are invited to register for a full day of science exploration
just for girls!
Campers will become field scientists in Dig Into Dinosaurs, exploring the
field of geology
and learing techniques used by paleontologists to uncover and identify fossils.
Science Camp
for Girls takes place Friday, February 23, from 9 am-3 pm. $25/member. $30/nonmember.

Evening Fun
for Families
You no longer need to wait for an exhibits opening to enjoy the Museum during
evening
hours! A Trip to the Tropics, our first in a series of Family Fun Night events,
offers a sure
cure for cabin fever. Deck yourself out in tropical clothing and dance to
the Caribbean
rhythms of Goongoo Peas, have your face painted, enjoy tropical treats and
make
summertime sand paintings. Friday, January 19, 6-8 pm. Free admission for
Museum
members, $2/nonmember.
